Since then, she has not once looked back in her efforts to advance the number and type of materials collected for recycling on both a local and global scale. Ms. Moore was a participant in a Department of Commerce, Plastics Trade and Investment Mission to China in 1996 and countinues to have a strong interest and understanding of the critical role played by China and other developing nations in domestic recycling efforts.
Ms Moore has been published in numerous magazines and trade publications, and has presented hundreds ofpapers and workshops throughout North America, Europe and China. Under her leadership, Moore RecyclingAssociates has had a huge impact on current recycling systems while managing to maintain a small staff of professionals.Ms. Moore lives in Sonoma, California with her winemaker husband, her two sons, and her dog whoaccompanies her daily on her walk to work.

Michael Heinzlreiter was born in 1964 in Steyr/Austria. After graduation from Technical High School for Mechanical Engineering, he obtained master’sdegree of Social and Business Sciences.He has 10 years’ experience as engineer in the field of injection molding-tools design, head of production for plastics hollows, as well as application engineer for plastics pellets. Besides, he has 20 years’ experience in the field of International Marketing and Business Development, amongst others in a well-known plastics fittings and pipes company.Since 2012, Michael was appointed as Head of Marketing and International Business Development at NGR Next Generation Recycling Machines.
