He has been a key member of the top management team at UFLEX in its growth to becoming a US$ 1.2 billion conglomerate in the Packaging business.

Mr. Tyle is Chairman - International Affairs Committee for Latin America of the PHD Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Executive Committee of the Organization of Plastic Processors of India and Member – Northern Regional Committee of the Indian Institute of Packaging.

He is associated with various educational institutions and is a Council Board Member of Altamira’s Technological University in Mexico.

He has been conferred with the Fellowship of the Indian Plastics Institute and the Golden Heather Award, the highest civilian honour, by the city of Wrzesnia, Poland.
