The report elaborated on Fuhai Holdings' strategy to build a complete "refining-aromatics-polyester" industrial chain. As the only enterprise in Shandong Province that has achieved full integration across this value chain, the company is set to reach annual capacity of 2 million tons for PX, 2.5 million tons for PTA and 1.5 million tons for polyester.

Mr. Sun highlighted Fuhai's packaging project. Deploying China's first-of-its-kind MTR (liquid-phase viscosity-increasing) technology, the project will be built in two phases. Upon reaching full operational capacity, it will deliver an annual output of 1 million tons of PET bottle chips and 576kt of functional polyester sheets. The 1.26-million-ton PTA feedstock will be entirely self-produced and consumed internally, forming a true value closed-loop "from one drop of oil to one bottle".
